We use your information to register companies and lodge documents with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as your registered agent (agent number 36194), to provide and improve our services, to respond to your enquiries, to process payments, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We may disclose your information to ASIC and other government bodies as required to register or maintain your company, to our service and software providers who help us deliver the service, and to our payment processors. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer required and we are not legally obliged to keep it.
